Our Casa Bella I project is successfully out of the ground. The ground has been compacted, footers poured and the soil compacted again. The next phase is the slab but before that can be poured the architect must stamp a change to the plumbing isometric, get it approved by the city, the plumber can then run the underground pipes. In addition the electrician, compaction, soil test and termite treatment are required

JESUS: CON ESTA HERRAMIENTA LA EMPRESA DE FERMIN NOS MANTENDRA INFORMADOS SOBRE TODO LO QUE VAYA OCURRIENDO EN LA CONSTRUCCION. LA FOTO ES DE UNA SEMAN ATRAS. YA ESTA COMPLETAMENTE FUNDIDA LA ZAPATA Y EMPAREJADO EL SUELO. SE REQUIRIO UN CAMBIO EN PLOMERIA EL CUAL YA FUE APROBADO POR LA CIUDAD. LA PROXIMA SEMANA ENTRA PLOMERIA Y ELECTRICIDAD (ENTERRADAS) FUMIGACION Y SE FUNDIRA LA PLACA EL VIERNES 17 DE FEBRERO. YA SE TUMBO LA CASA DE LA 9TH ST Y SE EMPIEZA A ARREGLAR EL TERRENO LA PROXIMA SEMANA TAMBIEN.
