The roof is being tiled



The inspections are all passed and the final tile set is going down. They are being applied with foam which gives superior adhesion and much less penetration of the membrane.

The exterior stucco work is almost done



The stucco and the foam trim are almost done. The 3rd floor sheathing has been stuck in the city approval process for a while but should be ready for stucco work by weeks end.

The trades continue


The plumbing, electrical and A/C subs are finally done and inspected. The framing inspection is scheduled for Wednesday.

Framing and trades



The framing is completed enough for the plumbers and electricians to make progress. The window bucks are installed and passed inspection. The windows are in town and after a few more adjustments to the bucks, are ready to be installed. The trusses and roof sheathing are on, waiting inspection.

The forming for the cap beam is done


Forming for the final concrete is ready and the metal will be ready to be inspected by Thursday.

The structure is topping out



The last rows of blocks for the parting wall are up and the final forming for the cap beams will start next week. The metal stud wall is close to finished.
